Payment and billing
- All prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL), before any withholding taxes that may apply.
- Billing is monthly and recurring, on the same day of the month as the signature date.
- Payment methods: credit card, Pix and bank slip (boleto).
- The first payment is made when the proposal is signed and releases the start of the work.
- Card statements show the charge as NICBAD.
- One-off services or scope outside the packages are quoted separately in writing.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The agreement is monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, as described in the cancellation policy.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms and is defined in the media plan.
Do you work with brands outside Brazil?
Yes, for brands selling in Portuguese or English. In those cases pricing is quoted on request.
